Carlsson Properties
Bit of a departure from any other website I've designed and built lately. Just finished a website for a property developers in my home City of Edinburgh - Carlsson Properties. The main part of the site is an online portfolio of images showcasing previous work completed.
Model Railway Village
A challenging website to work on (finished late April 2012) - implementing ecommerce into the content managed system. This allows the client to sell tickets, vouchers and DVD's online while allowing updates to the content whether it be adverts, news and/or images. Built with ExpressionEngine and the excellent BrilliantRetail plugin. First sales came in just a few days after the site went live. The final website can be viewed at: www.modelvillage.ie
Pixy Appearing on Dragons' Den
Cork company Pixy Natural Skincare is to feature on tonights (Sunday 18th March 2012) episode of Dragons' Den. Founder Peter Weedle will be seen pitching the company's bath bombs, soaps and lotions to the dragons. Great to see the packaging and Pixy graphics appearing on the show. I have been invoved in this massive project from day one. I designed the logo, branding, packaging and display graphics. The website design and build was completed a week ago.
NEW Pixy Website Design
The Pixy website (www.pixy.ie) has been redesigned and is now a true e-commerce platform with a fresh website design, - built on the Magento e-commerce platform.
O'Connells Fish and Core Health & Beauty
Finished building two websites to mark the start of 2012. Two sites of real contrast. A new happening company - www.corehealthandbeauty.com ... and an old established company - www.koconnellfish.com. Core is based in Midleton, Cork while O'Connells is based in the English Market, Cork.
Epi-Light (Redesign) and Aqua-Pulse
Completed the redesign of the Epi-Light website back in October '11. Design and build took 3 weeks and was built using Expression Engine. Hit the clients deadline with literally hours to spare. Can be viewed here. Epi-Light are also involved with a water purification venture with Cork Institute of Technology. The company spearheading this is Aqua-Pulse. I designed and built their website (and the logo) as well.
TRS Ltd
Just completed another website (22nd September) - Design and build - TRS Ltd. Bit of a departure from all the Pharmacy work I've been doing lately. TRS (Technical Refuse Services) repair and service refuge collection equipment throughout Ireland. It's a dirty job but someones gotta do it and great to get my hands dirty with this one! (I could go on but I won't...)
Pixys Seen in Mallow?...In Weedle Pharmacy...
Today (12th Feb 2011) the Pixy Cosmetic range is launched in Weedle Pharmacy, in Mallow, Cork, Ireland. This is one of the biggest projects I've worked on. Branding, labelling, packaging, signage, design and build of the website. More on the Pixy Cosmetic range can be seen on the website at www.pixy.ie. Today Mallow tomorrow the world! CEMS Worldwide
The CEMS Worldwide website is now live - www.cemsworldwide.com.
Built by myself using Expression Engine. A great Content Management
System with a very powerful interface allowing the client to update
the website themselves; whether it be words, blog, images or a gallery.
Biodose Comes to Ireland (and Austria)
Biodose, the world's first Total Medication Management System (ToMM), provides for the first time ever, the ability to dispense and monitor liquid and solid oral medications together. Pharmacy Prime is the only pharmacy in Ireland to supply this new and innovative system. I designed and built the Irish Biodose website and the Pharmacy Prime website. I also designed the advertising material which included a folder, inserts, leaflets and exhibition systems. Then went on to build the Biodose website for Austria (Medinoxx) based on the Irish website. Demonstrating you can work just about anywhere now and still get the job done, even without meeting the client face to face! Take a look at the Biodose and Pharmacy Prime work on my gallery page.
Epi-Light Website Launched
Epi-Light develops and manufactures advanced LED systems for UV Curing, Machine Vision, Bio and Medical Imaging, Optical Fibre applications and Customised Illumination applications. I designed the Epi-Light logo while designing and building the website. Watch out for the animated Epi-Light logo! The website can be viewed at: www.epi-light.com
Solvotrin Website Launched
Pat O'Flynn, a former finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the
Year, is backing a Trinity Colloege Dublin spin-off company that is
developing a new form of aspirin which prevents the unpleasant side
effects associated with the drug. I designed the logo and exhibition
artwork while working on the website at the same time (Solvotrin
page).

Kudos Creative Catering - A Cut Above the Rest
Kudos Creative Catering are a young, dynamic event catering company based in Galway and Cork. Kudos specialise in outside catering and event and stadium catering here in Cork. They operate at Curraheen Park Greyhound Stadium for The Irish Greyhound Board and Galway GGS and cater at Fota Wildlife Park; and do work for Connaught Rugby and now Munster Rugby.
